Tonight I FINALLY got to see New Moon! My sweet husband called and got MawMaw and PawPaw to watch the boys and we went to dinner at Shiki with Buddy and Sumer and then we all went to see the movie. It was a lot better than the first movie, but still didn't follow along with the book completly. Jeremy even said he liked it! The best part of the night had nothing to do with the movie, however. When we left Shiki, Sumer gave us all some gum, a brand we had never had before. About an hour into the movie, Jeremy leans over to me and whispers, "I think I messed up" and showed me his hand. He had wanted to spit the gum in his hand and wrap it in some paper. Apparently, this brand of gum is VERY sticky! He looked like he'd been shot by Spiderman!! Sumer and I were shaking, we were laughing so hard!! Wet wipes and hand sanitizer saved the day!

The Pit

Avery was invited to a birthday party on Saturday for his friend Zachary. It was at THE PIT. He LOVED the go carts and laser tag. The brothers were jealous (especially Riley!). It's a great place for a rainy day!

Conversations of the Brothers...

So, I picked up the boys from school this afternoon, and this is the conversation that began as soon as they sat down:
Avery: Mama, Amber gave me her address so I can come to her house.
Me: Really? Why?
Avery: I think it's to wrestle.
Me: WRESTLE?
Avery: Yeah, pretty much.
Me: Is that the girl that chases you and Garrett around the playground?
Avery: Yeah.
Bryson: I had a girl chasing me around the playground, too!
Riley: Who?
Bryson: Jada.
Riley:Is that the black girl?!
Bryson: No, that was Bailey R. She moved.
Riley: Good! I'm glad! That girl freaked me out!
Me: WHY?!
Riley: She was always staring at Bryson and saying 'Hi Bry-sen!' (waving like Flower the skunk)
Bryson: I'm glad she moved, too. She was always touching my face, and I hated it!

I could barely contain my laughter! We pulled into the parking lot of the library and I told the boys to wait a minute before they got out. I had to write down their conversation before I forgot it! Riley looked over my shoulder to see what I was doing. "Mama is writing down everything we say...now she's freaking me out!"

SMILE! :)

I heard this song (Uncle Kracker- "Smile") on the radio (turn up your volume!)the other day and knew that I had to have it on here! It sums up our lives in all these pictures. I don't know if there could be anyone else on this earth as happy as these boys make me. :)
